The terms behind every engagement — in plain language.
This applies to any Google Ads management or training engagement between NoeVar and a client. Last updated: August 24, 2026

Who we are
NoeVar ("we," "us," "our") is a Google Ads management and training agency operated from Hyderabad, India. These terms govern any engagement between NoeVar and a client ("you," "your") for account review, management, or training services. By requesting a free account review or engaging us for services, you agree to these terms.

Services we provide
We manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, Video, Demand Gen, and Performance Max. Social/Meta advertising is on our roadmap but not currently offered. We also provide 1:1 Google Ads training and interview preparation as a separate service line.

The free initial review
Every engagement starts with a free, no-obligation account review — an audit of your account structure, spend history, and conversion setup, with no cost and no requirement to continue working with us afterward.

Engagement term
Engagements are month-to-month, with a minimum one-month initial term. We ask for this minimum because changes we recommend — bid adjustments, negative keywords, restructuring — typically need 2–4 weeks to show their real impact; a shorter window doesn't give either party an honest read on results. After the first month, you may continue, extend, or cancel effective at the end of the current billing period.

Fees and payment
The initial review is always free. Beyond that: smaller accounts are typically billed a flat monthly fee, while larger-spend accounts running multiple campaigns move to percentage-of-spend or tiered pricing. You'll receive a custom quote after the free review, based on your account structure.
Fees are billed monthly, in advance — the fee for each month is due before that month's work begins. India-based clients are billed in INR; US-based clients are billed in USD. If payment isn't received within 5 days of the due date, services are automatically paused until payment is received; no additional late fees apply.

Account access
We work with two access levels — read-only for the initial review, or standard access if you engage us for ongoing management. You grant access through Google Ads' own manager-account link and remain the account admin at all times; you may revoke access at any time.

Reporting
Reporting cadence is agreed with you upfront — bi-weekly is our standard if nothing else is specified. Reports cover the real impact of changes made, alongside Google's own performance estimates where relevant.

No guarantee of results
We provide data-driven recommendations and forecasts based on Google's own estimates and our operational experience, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes (conversions, ROAS, cost reductions, or any other metric). Ad performance depends on factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, your website or landing page, and platform changes made by Google.

Limitation of liability
NoeVar's total liability under these terms, for any and all claims arising from the services provided, will not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the three (3) months immediately preceding the claim. This limitation does not apply to fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.

Confidentiality
We treat your account access and data with strict confidentiality.

Termination by NoeVar
NoeVar may terminate an engagement immediately, for cause, in any of the following circumstances:
- Material breach — including non-payment under Section 5 that remains unresolved after services have been paused.
- Abusive conduct — toward any member of the NoeVar team.
- Prohibited account activity — any account activity that NoeVar reasonably believes violates Google Ads policies, applicable law, or is otherwise unlawful. NoeVar reserves the right to decline to implement, or to immediately stop managing, any activity it reasonably believes falls into this category.

Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these terms or an engagement with NoeVar will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Changes to these terms
If we update these terms, we'll revise this page and the "last updated" date above. We won't make material changes without reflecting them here.
