Privacy Policy
What we do with your information — in plain language.
This applies to noevar.com, our contact and training forms, and any lead form ad you may have submitted to reach us. Last updated: August 23, 2026
01
Who we are
NoeVar ("we," "us," "our") is a Google Ads management and training agency. This policy covers the personal information you share with us through noevar.com — including our contact form, our training inquiry form, and any Google Ads lead form that links back to this policy. If you have questions about anything below, email us directly at contact@noevar.com.
02
Information we collect
We only collect what you choose to give us. Depending on how you reach out, that may include:
- Account review requests: full name, work email, company, country, currency, approximate monthly ad spend, your primary goal, and any notes you add.
- Training inquiries: full name, email, experience level, what you're looking for, and any notes you add.
- Google Ads lead forms: if you submit one of our lead form ads, Google collects and shares with us the fields shown on that form — typically name, email, country, city, state, company name, and website URL.
- General site usage: we run the Google Ads tag (gtag.js) on this site to measure ad performance and conversions — see Section 6 for exactly what that collects. We do not currently run Google Analytics; if that changes, we'll update this section.
We never ask for financial account credentials, passwords, or payment details through any form on this site, and you should never enter any in the "notes" field.
03
How we use your information
We use the information you provide for exactly one purpose: to respond to you. Specifically, that means:
- Reviewing your Google Ads account and preparing the free, no-obligation performance review you requested.
- Following up about training availability, pricing, and scheduling.
- Answering questions you've sent us directly.
- Keeping basic records of our engagement if you become a client, so we can deliver the service you've asked for.
We do not use your information to send unsolicited marketing, and we do not build advertising profiles from the data you submit to us.
04
What we don't do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent or share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We do not use it for any purpose beyond what's described in Section 3, and we don't repurpose it if you don't move forward with us.
05
Third-party services we use
A small business like ours relies on a few outside services to actually operate. Here's exactly who touches your data and why:
- Netlify hosts this website and processes form submissions on our behalf (our contact and training forms run on Netlify Forms). Submissions are routed to our own email addresses and are not used by Netlify for any purpose beyond delivering them to us. See Netlify's privacy policy.
- Google Ads — if you found us through one of our ads, or submitted a Google Ads lead form, Google processes that interaction under its own privacy policy before the lead reaches us. We don't control how Google handles that step. See Google's Privacy Policy.
- Google Groups / Gmail — form notifications are delivered to our team's Google Workspace mailboxes, subject to Google's own security and privacy practices for Workspace.
We may use Google Ads conversion tracking and, in the future, Google Analytics, to understand which of our ads and pages are working — see Section 6 for what that involves.
06
Cookies and tracking
We run the Google Ads tag (gtag.js) across this site to measure how our ads perform — for example, whether someone who clicked one of our ads went on to submit our contact or training form. This tag may set cookies and collect information like your browser type, approximate location, and the pages you visit, but it does not personally identify you beyond what's needed for ad measurement and reporting. This runs under Google's own privacy policy; see Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses cookies in advertising.
We do not currently run Google Analytics on this site. If that changes, we'll update this section with specifics.
07
How long we keep your information
We keep your information for as long as it's useful for the purpose you gave it to us — generally, the length of our conversation or engagement with you, plus a reasonable period afterward for our own records. If you'd like us to delete your information sooner, just ask (see Section 8).
08
Your rights
Wherever you're located, you can ask us at any time to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you.
- Correct anything that's inaccurate.
- Delete your information from our records.
- Stop using your information and tell us not to contact you again.
Email contact@noevar.com with your request and we'll act on it promptly.
09
How we protect your information
We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure, including relying on established, reputable providers (Netlify, Google Workspace) rather than storing sensitive data ourselves. That said, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
10
Children's privacy
Our services are directed at businesses and professionals, not children. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, contact us and we'll delete it.
11
Changes to this policy
If we change what we collect or how we use it — most likely by adding conversion tracking or analytics — we'll update this page and the "last updated" date at the top. We won't make material changes without reflecting them here.
