Services

Every campaign type. One clear engagement model.

We manage the full range of Google Ads campaign types, and we start every relationship the same way: with a free, no-obligation review of what's actually happening in your account.

How we start

Every engagement starts the same way: a free, no-obligation review of what's actually happening in your account — before you commit to anything.

No cost, no pressure. You get a clear breakdown of what's working, what isn't, and what we'd fix first.

What our free review covers

Pull Account Data

02

Diagnose Rank & Budget Loss

We separate what's costing you Ad Rank from what's costing you budget — different fixes for each.

03

Score Ad Quality

Assets, landing pages, and ad relevance scored against what's actually winning auctions today.

04

Deliver Findings

A clear, written breakdown of what's working, what isn't, and what we'd change first.

What we optimize toward

Different businesses need different targets. We tailor the strategy to yours.

The AI runs the auction — Smart Bidding sets the bid at every individual auction in real time. What we manage is the target itself, and the signal quality feeding it. That target changes depending on what actually matters to your business.

Efficiency

CPA

Lower the cost of each conversion without sacrificing volume — the right target when cost control matters most.

Revenue

ROAS

Maximize revenue return per unit spent — the standard target for e-commerce and revenue-driven accounts.

Volume

Conversions

Maximize total conversion volume within a fixed budget — the right call when growth matters more than efficiency.

Pipeline

Leads

Drive qualified lead volume for sales-driven businesses where a human sales process, not the ad, closes the deal.

Awareness

Website Traffic

Build visibility and top-of-funnel reach — useful for new accounts still gathering the signal data other targets depend on.

Reach

Clicks

Maximize qualified clicks within a budget ceiling — a fit when the goal is reach and consideration, not immediate conversion.

Delivery

Budget Pacing

Ensure spend is allocated efficiently across the full period — avoiding early exhaustion, underspend, or missed high-intent windows.

Diagnosis

Impression Share

Track how much of the available auction you're actually winning — and diagnose whether rank, budget, or Quality Score is the constraint.

How we actually move these numbers

Five levers. Not "raise the bid."

The algorithm sets your bid at every auction. Here's what we actually manage to move CPA, ROAS, and Impression Share. Full mechanics on our Method page.

Ad Rank dynamics

It's not just bid × Quality Score — auction competitiveness, search context, and expected impact of your assets all factor into where you show and what you pay.

Assets that lift ad quality

Sitelinks, callouts, structured snippets, images, and video widen your ad's footprint and raise its expected performance before a competitor's bid even enters the picture.

Landing page optimization

Message match, mobile speed, and ease of completing the action — the one Quality Score component that's entirely in your control, no bidding involved.

Ad relevance, now AI-scored

Expected CTR and relevance are increasingly assessed by Google's own models reading intent and quality — genuinely relevant assets now beat keyword-stuffing tricks.

Bidding & pacing dynamics

Broad match plus Smart Bidding has been the standard operating model for years — the real lever is signal quality and budget pacing, not match-type tinkering.

Beyond campaign management

Support most agencies can't actually give you.

These come from years spent inside Google's own advertiser support and quality organization — not something picked up secondhand from documentation.

Account Suspension & Policy Recovery

Guidance through Google's actual reinstatement process — ownership verification, policy-violation remediation, and what to expect during the standard 24–48 hour review window. We navigate the process; Google makes the final call, so we don't promise a guaranteed outcome. Priced separately for new inquiries — included at no extra cost if you're already a retained management client.

Billing, Budget & Credit Line Coordination

Account budget setup, resolving billing errors and pursuing courtesy credits where warranted, and coordinating directly with Google on Invoicing / credit-line eligibility for advertisers who qualify. Priced as a separate engagement, based on what's involved.

Conversion Tracking, GA4 & GTM Setup

Google tag and GA4 configuration, conversion event setup, and tracking troubleshooting — the foundation good bidding and reporting both depend on. Included when we manage your account; also available as a standalone one-time fix if tracking is all you need sorted.

How we engage

Start with a free review. No commitment required.Free

We don't ask you to sign anything before you know what we'd actually change. Here's exactly how it works.

01

Free Initial Review

We audit your account structure, spend history, and conversion setup — no cost, no obligation. You get a clear, honest read on what's working and what isn't. Never run Google Ads before? We'll set up your account and build your first campaign instead.

02

Agree on the Target

If it's a fit, we agree on what success looks like for your account — whichever of these matters most to you:

CPA reduction ROAS improvement Cutting wasted spend Budget allocation & utilization
03

Manage & Report

Once engaged, we manage the account directly against the agreed targets and report progress in plain terms — CPC, CTR, Quality Score, ROAS — not agency jargon. Heading into high-stakes periods like Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or Diwali, we build keyword-level forecasts — projected conversions, conversion value, and ROAS — before you commit seasonal budget, included as part of ongoing management.

Common questions

Answers before you reach out.

Is the free account review actually free, or is there a catch?+

Yes — genuinely free, no obligation to continue working with us afterward. You get a real look at what's happening in your account (CPC, CTR, Quality Score, ROAS, and where budget is being wasted) whether or not you decide to engage us further.

I've never run Google Ads before — can you still help me?+

Yes. Beyond managing existing accounts, we set up new accounts and build your first campaign from scratch, so you don't need any prior experience to start.

I'm already running ads myself, or working with another agency — is this still useful?+

Yes — this is exactly what the free review is for. It's a second opinion on your existing account: what's working, what isn't, and where you might be leaving money on the table, no obligation to switch anything.

What platforms and campaign types do you manage?+

Search, Display, Shopping, Video, Demand Gen, and Performance Max. Social/Meta ads are on our roadmap but not offered yet.

Who will actually be working on my account?+

You work directly with our founders — no account managers or junior staff in between you and the people actually making decisions on your campaigns.

What do you need access to in order to do the review or manage my account?+

We work with two access levels — read-only, if you just want the initial review, or standard access if you'd like us actively managing the account. Either way, you stay the admin: you grant access through Google Ads' own manager-account link, and you can revoke it at any time from your end.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?+

No. You can start with a one-month trial and extend, continue, or stop anytime based on how the results look to you. We ask for a full month up front because any changes we recommend — bid adjustments, negative keywords, restructuring — genuinely need 2–4 weeks to show their real impact, so anything shorter wouldn't give either of us an honest read on performance.

How much does this cost?+

The initial review is always free, for both US and India accounts. Beyond that: smaller accounts are typically a flat monthly fee, while larger-spend accounts running multiple campaigns move to percentage-of-spend or tiered pricing. Either way, you'll get a custom quote after the free review, based on your actual account structure — mainly campaign count and complexity.

What will I actually see in reporting, and how often?+

We agree on cadence with you upfront — bi-weekly is our standard if nothing else is specified. Each report covers the real impact of what we've changed (cost reductions, bid/budget/negative-keyword changes, audience adjustments) alongside Google's own performance estimates where relevant — impressions, clicks, views, conversions, ROAS, and keyword forecasts. We're upfront that we can show you the data and the logic behind each recommendation, but we don't guarantee real-world outcomes — ad performance depends on more than account settings alone.

Is my account data kept confidential?+

We treat account access and data with strict confidentiality.

Do you work with businesses outside the US and India?+

Our current focus is the US and India, but we're open to accounts from other regions where there's a good fit.

What happens after the free review if I want to move forward?+

We'll confirm next steps and agree on pricing and terms by email, and get started once that's settled — no lengthy onboarding process.

My Google Ads account got suspended — can you help me get it back?+

Yes — this is one of the areas we have direct, hands-on experience with, including ownership verification, policy-violation remediation, and navigating standard 24–48 hour review windows. We guide you through the actual reinstatement process, but Google makes the final call on any suspension, so we can't guarantee an outcome. This is priced as a separate engagement for new inquiries, and included at no extra cost if you're already a retained management client with us.

Can you help me qualify for or set up Invoicing / a credit line with Google?+

Yes, for advertisers who qualify. We coordinate directly with Google on credit-line eligibility and Invoicing setup, plus general account budget configuration and resolving billing errors. This is priced as a separate engagement based on what's involved.

Do you handle conversion tracking, GA4, or GTM setup?+

Yes — Google tag and GA4 configuration, conversion event setup, and tracking troubleshooting. This is included whenever we're managing your account, since good bidding and reporting both depend on it. If you just need tracking fixed and don't need full account management, we can also take this on as a standalone one-time engagement.

Why it works

Our team spent years diagnosing live advertiser accounts as part of a Google-contracted Ads support and quality program — including Google's own High Value and High Value+ tier accounts, with individual campaigns exceeding $100K/month and total account spend above $1M — reviewing keyword strategy, Quality Score, and conversion tracking across thousands of accounts before ever managing one externally.
